T\u00e2n\u0103rul a a\u015fteptat o or\u0103 \u015fi jum\u0103tate pentru o por\u0163ie de calamar \u00eentreg, \u00eens\u0103 a primit inele de calamar, f\u0103r\u0103 nicio explica\u0163ie. Patronul restaurantului, Nicu Lascu, spune c\u0103 angajatul s-a referit la faptul c\u0103 inelele sunt \u00eentregi \u015fi nu calamarul \u00een sine \u015fi a dat vina pe num\u0103rul ridicat de clien\u0163i. &#8220;P\u00e2n\u0103 ni s-a luat comanda a durat 40 de minute. Nu m\u0103 mai duc acolo \u015fi le-am spus \u015fi lor&#8221;, mai scrie Claudiu. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;La \u00eenceput \u00ee\u015fi respectau clien\u0163ii \u015fi m\u00e2ncarea chiar era bun\u0103, acum e jale. S-au \u00eentins mai mult dec\u00e2t pot duce. Vara stai o or\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0163i aduc\u0103 un suc, c\u00e2t despre m\u00e2ncare nu mai zic&#8221;, spune \u015fi Alin.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa 23 de ani, Nicu Lascu este asociat \u00een cadrul afacerii Lascu Bros, care opereaz\u0103 restaurantele La Scoica \u015fi La Scoica Land din Constan\u0163a \u015fi Mamaia. \u201eAm reu\u015fit s\u0103 preiau afacerea familiei. \u00cen orice domeniu trebuie s\u0103 ai o strategie de diferen\u0163iere de competi\u0163ia ta. Clientul trebuie s\u0103 \u015ftie de ce s\u0103 te aleag\u0103 pe tine \u015fi nu pe altcineva. Trebuie s\u0103 fii dispus s\u0103 pui la b\u0103taie multe ore din via\u0163a ta. Sunt zile c\u00e2nd \u00eencep la opt diminea\u0163a \u015fi termin la unu noaptea\u201d, spune Nicu Lascu. La Scoica are o capacitate de 300 de persoane, iar La Scoica Land de 600 \u015fi de\u0163inem \u015fi un ballroom de o mie de locuri. Am \u00eenceput afacerea cu greu \u015fi consider\u0103m c\u0103 dac\u0103 le oferim clien\u0163ilor servicii de calitate putem supravie\u0163ui \u015fi ajunge la succes\u201d, spune Nicu Lascu, implicat de ani buni \u00een afacerea familiei.<\/p>\n<p>\nCompania a avut afaceri de circa 1,5 milioane de euro \u00een 2011, potrivit celor mai recente date disponibile la ministerul de finan\u0163e. Circa 150 de angaja\u0163i lucreaz\u0103 \u00een restaurantele societ\u0103\u0163ii, iar profitul raportat \u00een 2011 a fost de circa 5.000 de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessmagazin.ro\/lideri\/cel-mai-tanar-milionar-in-euro-din-romania-10724075\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5545\/10876073\/3\/banda-2.jpg?height=30&#038;width=350\" style=\"width: 350px; height: 30px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eCea mai puternic\u0103 sc\u0103dere am resim\u0163it-o \u00eentre verile anilor 2008 \u015fi 2009. Am f\u0103cut concedieri \u00een 2008, dar \u00een anul urm\u0103tor am \u00eenceput s\u0103 angaj\u0103m din nou. A fost o perioad\u0103 \u00een care \u00eencercam s\u0103 ne extindem \u015fi mai mult, dar b\u0103ncile ne-au pus piedic\u0103\u201d, mai spune t\u00e2n\u0103rul. Dac\u0103 \u00eenainte de criz\u0103 era foarte u\u015for s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 un \u00eemprumut, marea problem\u0103 a companiei a ap\u0103rut \u00een 2008 c\u00e2nd creditele erau deja luate, iar ajutor din partea b\u0103ncilor nu prea exista.
