Prin urmare companiile Donau-Finanz \u015fi Transferoviar Grup respect\u0103 toate m\u0103surile legale \u015fi accentueaz\u0103 c\u0103 contractul a fost atribuit unui concurent care dispune deja de o cot\u0103 de pia\u0163\u0103 de peste 35% \u015fi care, prin ob\u0163inerea unei cote-p\u0103r\u0163i din CFR Marf\u0103 ocup\u0103 o pozi\u0163ie de pia\u0163\u0103 destul de nesigur din punctul de vedere al Uniunii Europene. Decizia luat\u0103 de autorit\u0103\u0163ile de concuren\u0163\u0103 la nivel rom\u00e2nesc \u015fi la nivelul Uniunii Europene favorizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea continu\u0103 a acestei proceduri de privatizare de o importan\u0163\u0103 special\u0103.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\n<em>Consor\u0163iul Donau-Finanz\/Transferoviar Grup r\u0103m\u00e2ne, desigur, \u00een continuare interesat de faptul ca acest grup ofertant s\u0103 dispun\u0103 de numeroase colabor\u0103ri semnificative din punct de vedere strategic \u00een cadrul sectorului feroviar, care ar putea asigura un viitor pozitiv \u00een mod special pentru compania CFR Marf\u0103. R\u0103m\u00e2ne acum de v\u0103zut decizia final\u0103 pe care instan\u0163ele competente o vor lua \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u0163\u0103.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\nDonau-Finanz Austria este un fond de investi\u0163ii cu responsabilitate limitat\u0103 fondat \u00een 1957 care are sub administrare active de peste dou\u0103 miliarde de euro \u00een domenii precum managementul activelor, investi\u0163ii, fuziuni \u015fi achizi\u0163ii, restructur\u0103ri \u015fi dezvoltare reziden\u0163ial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nDonau-Finanz este prezent \u00een Rom\u00e2nia printr-un proiect agricol \u00een apropierea ora\u015fului Timi\u015foara, de\u0163in\u00e2nd aici un teren de 550 de hectare, potrivit site-ului fondului. Donau Finanz controleaz\u0103 vehiculul de investi\u0163ii Do-Fi South-East Holding GmbH care \u00een 2011 de\u0163inea 50% din ac\u0163iunile SCT Bucure\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\nDo-Fi South-East Holding controla \u00een acel an \u015fi 85% din compania de construc\u0163ii CCCF Bucure\u015fti, care are o participa\u0163ie de 19,68% din ac\u0163iunile SCT Bucure\u015fti.
