{"id":9569,"date":"2008-01-29T20:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-01-29T20:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=9569"},"modified":"2026-04-02T11:07:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T11:07:06","slug":"romania-a-ajuns-sa-produca-20-mil-anvelope","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=9569","title":{"rendered":"Romania a ajuns sa produca 20 mil. anvelope"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">Oliver Breitmeyer, unul dintre expatii care lucreaza de mai multi ani in Timisoara, este nevoit in fiecare dimineata sa plece mai devreme de acasa pentru a ajunge la biroul sau la ora obisnuita. &bdquo;Imi aduc aminte cum era acum 2-3 ani: in fiecare dimineata cand veneam la serviciu aveam drumul liber. Acum sunt ambuteiaje mereu&ldquo;, spune Breitmeyer, care nu pare insa prea afectat de acest fapt. Motivul este foarte simplu: locul sau de munca este fabrica de anvelope a grupului german Continental, unde ocupa functia de director financiar, post din care inmultirea partenerilor de trafic are intotdeauna un revers bun &#8211; cresterea vanzarilor de masini presupune si o majorare a vanzarilor de anvelope.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nPunctul de plecare al fabricarii de anvelope in Romania a fost in vara anului 1998, cand conducerea Continental AG, al patrulea producator mondial de profil, a decis sa construiasca de la zero o noua fabrica. O echipa de experti a companiei a vizitat mai multe tari in cautarea celui mai bun amplasament &#8211; Polonia, Cehia, Slovacia, Bulgaria si tarile baltice, in final fiind aleasa Romania. &bdquo;Esentiale in luarea deciziei au fost infrastructura, fiindca productia era destinata la inceput exclusiv exportului, forta de munca bine calificata si numarul anual de absolventi de universitati tehnice&ldquo;, explica Ildiko Kovacs, directorul de relatii publice al Continental, avantajele pe care Timisoara le-a prezentat fata de celelalte variante luate in calcul.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nAceste avantaje, carora li s-au adaugat cresterea cererii pe plan mondial, dar si dezvoltarea pietei interne, au facut ca productia fabricii de la Timisoara sa creasca de la 1,2 milioane de anvelope in 2000 la un nivel aproximat de 13 milioane anul trecut. Un tablou pe care toate companiile de profil care au decis sa produca in Romania il estimau, dupa cum spune si Jean-Marc Gebhart, presedintele Michelin pentru Romania. &bdquo;Piata a evoluat asa cum am prevazut; este scenariul cel mai apropiat fata de ceea ce ne-am propus la acea vreme&ldquo;, spune Gebhart, glumind pe seama faptului ca volumul de anvelope comercializate &bdquo;ar putea forma un munte de cauciucuri&ldquo;. Michelin, liderul industriei pe plan mondial, a preferat intrarea pe piata romaneasca prin achizitionarea a doua fabrici ale grupului Tofan. Valoarea tranzactiei a fost estimata la aproximativ 80 de milioane de dolari, suma la care s-au adaugat ulterior investitii in valoare de 220 de milioane de euro &#8211; compania a construit la Zalau si o fabrica de cord metalic, element de baza in producerea anvelopelor.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nFie ca a fost vorba de o investitie de la zero sau de preluarea unor uzine deja existente, marii producatori au avut destule momente dificile, mai ales la inceput. &bdquo;Am fost foarte surprinsi sa descoperim ca oamenii erau foarte putin atenti in ceea ce priveste propria lor securitate. Nu a fost o orientare naturala a personalului si nici acum nu a devenit asa, desi am redus cu 15-20% numarul accidentelor de munca&ldquo;, spune presedintele Michelin Romania. Jean-Marc Gebhart isi mai aminteste ca in materie de productivitate angajatii erau concentrati asupra indeplinirii unor norme &bdquo;in loc sa se preocupe de ceea ce ar putea sa faca cel mai bine pe postul pe care erau&ldquo;. Productivitatea companiei a crescut insa in timp, pentru 2007 fiind estimata o productie de aproximativ patru milioane de anvelope. <\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nCresterile de productie au avut nevoie de investitii considerabile, continental spre exemplu, investind pana acum in unitatea de la Timisoara aproximativ 185 de milioane de euro. &bdquo;Vom investi in fiecare an in Continental Automotive Products aproximativ 20-25 de milioane de euro&ldquo;, spune Oliver Breitmeyer, referindu-se la divizia responsabila de productia anvelopelor la Timisoara. Compania germana nu a mizat pe Romania doar pentru productia de anvelope, fiind prezenta pe piata si prin diviziile Contitech, care produce tubulatura pentru sistemele auto de aer conditionat si curele de racire, si Automotive Systems, care produce sisteme electronice de siguranta, activitati ce au urcat valoarea totala a investitiilor la 250 de milioane de euro.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nGrupul italian Pirelli a ales si el sa construiasca de la zero o fabrica de anvelope la Slatina, in urma unei investitii de 170 de milioane de euro. &bdquo;Strategia noastra de dezvoltare presupune ca Romania sa devina cartierul general al Pirelli in Europa de Est, deoarece consideram ca Romania este cea mai apropiata tara estica de Europa de Vest, nu numai din punct de vedere geografic, cat si din punct de vedere cultural&ldquo;, spune Enrico Malerba, CEO al Pirelli Tyres Romania. Grupul italian va investi alte 25 de milioane de euro intr-o noua fabrica, in judetul Gorj, care va produce filtre antipoluante, prima de acest fel a Pirelli. Compania mai detine, tot la Slatina, si 80% dintr-o fabrica de cord metalic, restul de 20% revenind germanilor de la Continental. <\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nCum s-a ajuns in sapte ani ca productia sa creasca de aproximativ 10 ori, pana aproape de nivelul de 20 de milioane de anvelope pe an, anvelope care echipeaza modelele unor producatori ca General Motors, Toyota, Ford, Volkswagen sau chiar Ferrari? Toti sefii din Romania ai marilor producatori cu care BUSINESS Magazin a discutat mentioneaza in primul rand avantajele Romaniei (pozitionarea geografica, forta de munca ieftina si potentialul regiunii de dezvoltare) care au facut ca fabricile de aici sa capete importanta in afacerile grupurilor la nivel mondial. In al doilea rand, desi nu reprezinta decat aproximativ 10% in medie din vanzarile marilor producatori, piata interna de anvelope a crescut exponential, chiar daca mai incet decat cea a vanzarilor de masini. <\/div>\n<p><!--nextpage-->Cererea interna s-a majorat datorita cresterii productiei la uzina Dacia Renault de la Pitesti, fiecare masina insemnand practic cinci anvelope. Pe segmentul de echipare originala (OEM), Dacia si uzina de la Craiova reprezinta singurii clienti, segmentul fiind dependent de productia celor doua fabrici. Atat Continental, cat si Michelin livreaza o parte din productia de aici de anvelope catre Dacia Renault. Continental si-a crescut livrarile interne de la 3% din productie in 2004 la 8% anul trecut, in timp ce Michelin livreaza 30% din productia sa pe plan intern. Iar intrarea in productie a uzinei auto de la Craiova sub numele Ford ar reprezenta o noua gura de oxigen pentru producatorii de anvelope, existand un potential numai de echipare originala de 1,5 milioane de anvelope, avand in vedere ca americanii au ca obiectiv producerea a 300.000 de autoturisme anual.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nUn al doilea segment al pietei interne, cel al echiparii secundare (anvelopele destinate inlocuirii celor uzate), evolueaza direct proportional cu vanzarile de autovehicule. Potrivit directorului general de vanzari al Goodyear Dunlop Tyres Romania, Octavian Velcan, piata de echipare secundara s-a ridicat dupa primele trei trimestre ale anului trecut la peste 1,5 milioane de anvelope. &bdquo;Piata a fost intr-o crestere constanta, dar nu in acelasi ritm cu cea a pietei de autovehicule noi, pentru ca exista in primul rand un interval de timp in care un cumparator de masina noua isi cumpara anvelope&ldquo;, spune Velcan, estimand o perioada medie de inlocuire a pneurilor de 3-4 ani. Potrivit oficialului Goodyear Dunlop, companie prezenta in Romania doar ca importator, exclusiv pe segmentul de inlocuire, numarul total de anvelope comercializate in 2006 pe acest segment s-a ridicat la 2,03 milioane de unitati, la care se adauga alte 200.000 de unitati din piata neinregistrata &#8211; anvelopele rusesti sau cele apartinand marcilor private, despre care nu exista statistici. Octavian Velcan mai spune ca Goodyear Dunlop este lider pe acest segment, &bdquo;cu cel putin doua roti la fiecare masina care circula in Romania, pe unele segmente chiar cu patru roti&ldquo;, piata de echipare secundara fiind pana in acest moment singurul obiectiv al companiei, care nu a deschis pe plan local si o unitate de productie.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nCresterea celor doua segmente ale pietei interne a permis astfel companiilor din sectorul anvelopelor sa isi majoreze livrarile. Dacia Renault a produs in anul precedent aproximativ 230.000 de automobile, pentru 2008 fiind stabilit un obiectiv de 350.000 de automobile, ceea ce ar presupune un potential de 1,75 milioane de anvelope pentru echipare originala doar din partea uzinei de la Mioveni. Potrivit informatiilor disponibile, atat Continental, cat si Michelin echipeaza modelul Logan cu anvelope produse in fabricile locale, Jean-Marc Gebhart facand si precizarea ca Michelin livreaza aproximativ 70% din anvelopele folosite pentru modelul Logan. In acelasi timp, majorarea vanzarilor de masini noi din importuri, de aproape 20 de ori in ultimii zece ani, pana la un nivel ce ar putea atinge 200.000 de unitati anul trecut, si evolutia pietei masinilor la mana a doua au dus la cresterea potentialului segmentului de echipare secundara, explozia vanzarilor de masini straine incepand sa fie resimtita si de producatorii care ofere anvelope pentru inlocuirea celor secundare. Potrivit reprezentantului Goodyear Dunlop Tyres Romania, segmentul de echipare secundara a crescut incepand cu 2004 cu o medie anuala de 200.000 de unitati, medie care va fi pastrata si in urmatoarea perioada.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nAstfel, pragul de 20 de milioane de anvelope produse anual va fi depasit, daca nu in acest an, cu siguranta anul viitor, iar pentru 2010 exista potentialul producerii a 25, daca nu chiar 30 de milioane de unitati, avand in vedere obiectivele anuntate de companii. Pana atunci insa mai e mult.\u00a0&bdquo;Conditiile nu sunt cele mai bune din cauza cresterii costurilor, a pretului la materii prime si energie. Unele costuri sunt in continuare mai reduse decat in Vest, dar nu sunt multe si nu stiu cat vor mai fi asa&ldquo;, continua Oliver Breitmeyer, care adauga ca cea mai mare problema\u00a0pentru compania germana este gasirea de personal calificat (si ieftin), problema care franeaza planurile de extindere a productiei. &bdquo;Dupa parerea mea, piata nu va creste cu mai mult de 10% pe an. Cauzele sunt legate in principal de doi factori: puterea de cumparare a consumatorului si infrastructura&ldquo;, considera Octavian Velcan de la Goodyear Dunlop Tyres Romania. <\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\nSpre deosebire de directorul financiar al Continental Automotive Products, care considera anul trecut ca segmentul de anvelope pentru autoturisme va stagna in 2007, presedintele Michelin Romania estima ca piata va creste in volum cu un procent cuprins intre 5 si 7%, anumite segmente urmand sa inregistreze cresteri mai mari, precum cel al anvelopelor de iarna sau al celor de camioane. &bdquo;Ne asteptam la un trend pozitiv si estimam o trecere de la anvelopele economice catre cele premium datorita\u00a0noilor modele de masini si de SUV-uri&ldquo;, spune si Enrico Malerba de la Pirelli. Aceleasi tendinte exista si pe piata de echipare secundara, segmentele anvelopelor de iarna si al pneurilor run-on-flat (care permit circularea autoturismului si dupa explodarea unei anvelope) avand cel mai mare potential de crestere. <\/div>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<div><strong>La orizontul lui 2010<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Marii producatori si-au fixat tinte ambitioase in privinta numarului de anvelope pe care vor sa le fabrice in Romania.\u00a0<\/div>\n<table style=\"BORDER-RIGHT: medium none;
