Statisticile arata ca spatiile comerciale din cadrul mallurilor sunt mult mai ieftine, fie ca este vorba de Bucuresti sau de restul tarii, decat cele de pe marile artere comerciale. <\/p>\n<p>Asa se explica si diferenta de pret pentru aceleasi produse, care de cele mai multe ori costa dublu pe Bulevardul Magheru, Calea Victoriei, Calea Dorobanti sau Calea Mosilor. Ce-i drept, chiriile stradale difera in functie de locatie.
