Veniturile totale ale companiei au crescut in 2005 cu 13% fata de 2004, pana la 134,4 milioane de lei, pentru ca in 2006 sa ajunga la 151 de milioane de lei (peste 43 mil. euro). <\/p>\n<p><strong>MAJORARILE SUCCESIVE DE CAPITAL<\/strong>. Dafora a avut doua majorari de capital, una in vara anului 2006 (cand actionarii au primit 2,1 actiuni la una detinuta) si a doua in toamna acestui an, cand actionarii au primit inca 10 actiuni la una. <\/p>\n<p><strong>PERSPECTIVA COTARII LA BVB<\/strong>. Mutarea companiei de pe Rasdaq pe Bursa de Valori Bucuresti a atras mai ales atentia investitorilor care aveau si actiuni la Condmag, firma listata la BVB. <\/p>\n<p><strong>STRUCTURA ACTIONARIATULUI<\/strong>. Pe langa actionarul principal, Gheorghe Calburean, in actionariatul Dafora au intrat fonduri importante, precum Julius Baer, care au atras automat alti investitori. <\/p>\n<p><strong>EVOLUTIA COMPANIILOR DE PE RASDAQ<\/strong>. Anul 2006 si cea mai mare parte din 2007 au adus o crestere generala a companiilor mici si medii, dar cu rezultate bune. <\/p>\n<p><strong>BOOM-UL DIN CONSTRUCTII<\/strong>. Faptul ca Dafora a atras aproape un sfert din cifra sa de afaceri de pe piata constructiilor a dat incredere investitorilor. <\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>De ce a scazut Dafora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TENDINTA PIETEI<\/strong>. In toamna lui 2007, pe fondul contextului international instabil, piata bursiera a avut o scadere importanta. <\/p>\n<p><strong>INFLATIA DE ACTIUNI<\/strong>. Majorarea de capital a lansat deodata prea multe actiuni Dafora in piata, ceea ce a dus la scaderea valorii acestora. <\/p>\n<p><strong>CORECTIA COMPANIILOR DE PE RASDAQ<\/strong>.
