De asemenea, a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u015ftere de 1,6% (\u00een Euro), respectiv 2,5% (\u00een RON) \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte cifra de afaceri a chiria\u015filor s\u0103i, \u00een perioada men\u0163ionat\u0103, totaliz\u00e2nd 47 milioane de euro. Faza 1 a proiectului este \u00eenchiriat\u0103 \u00een prezent de retaileri na\u0163ionali \u015fi interna\u0163ionali precum Cora, H&#038;M, Reserved, Time-out, Aldo, Lee Cooper, Smyk, Carturesti, Collins, MacDonald, KFC \u015fi al\u0163ii. Construc\u0163ia fazei 2 a proiectului a demarat, iar odat\u0103 cu finalizarea acesteia vor fi ad\u0103uga\u0163i 4.170 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i la mall-ul actual, ace\u015ftia fiind destina\u0163i \u00een special activit\u0103\u0163ilor de divertisment si recrea\u0163ionale.<\/p>\n<p>\nUn alt proiect important este AFI Palace B.Noi, unde peste 12.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i au fost deja \u00eenchiria\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\nPe pia\u0163a birourilor, AFI Park 1, primul imobil de birouri de clasa A din AFI Park Cotroceni, a fost deja \u00eenchiriat \u00een propor\u0163ie de 96% de companii precum Endava, Microchip technologies \u015fi Cameron, \u00een timp ce AFI Park 2 va fi gata \u00een primul trimestru al anului 2014, cladirea av\u00e2nd urm\u00e2nd s\u0103 ofere o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 12.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\nAFI Properties, prin intermediul subsidiarei sale, AFI Europe, pe care o de\u0163ine integral, desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activit\u0103\u0163i \u00een 7 \u0163\u0103ri din Europa Central\u0103 \u015fi de Est (CEE) \u015fi Europa de Sud-Est (SEE), printre acestea num\u0103r\u00e2ndu-se Cehia, Serbia, Germania \u015fi Polonia.
