La acestea se adaug\u0103 un apartament cu patru camere de 104 mp pe Bulevardul Carol cu 90.000 euro, un apartament cu patru camere de 104 mp pe Bulevardul Lasc\u0103r Catargiu la 141.000 euro, un aparta\u00adment cu trei camere de 87 mp pe Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta la 98.200 euro, un apartament cu patru camere de 107 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i pe Bulevardul Nicolae B\u0103lcescu cu 146.000 euro, un apartament cu patru camere pe 138,58 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i pe Bulevardul Nicolae B\u0103lcescu cu 180.000 euro \u015fi un apartament cu trei camere de 83 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i pe Strada Luteran\u0103 cu 73.000 euro.
