Companiile&nbsp; incluse \u00een studiu au \u00eentre 20 \u015fi 100 de angaja\u0163i \u015fi cifre de afaceri cuprinse \u00eentre 1 \u2013 2 milioane de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\nCanalele de comunicare considerate cele mai utile sunt website-ul, blog-ul \u015fi social media (40%), urmate de rela\u0163iile cu presa (35%) \u015fi parteneriatele strategice\/cross marketing (25%).<\/p>\n<p>\nA\u015fa cum reiese din studiu, antreprenorii sunt de acord c\u0103 principalul rol al rela\u0163iilor publice este acela de a cre\u015fte notorietatea (45%), reputa\u0163ia \u015fi credibilitatea companiei (30%), \u00een timp ce 25% consider\u0103 c\u0103 PR-ul ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 un impact direct \u00een v\u00e2nz\u0103ri.<br \/>\n\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte criteriile pe baza c\u0103rora antreprenorii intervieva\u0163i \u00ee\u015fi aleg agen\u0163iile de comunicare, cel mai mare impact \u00eel au referin\u0163ele personale (40%), urmate de portofoliul de clien\u0163i al agen\u0163iei (35%), de \u00eent\u00e2lnirile \u00een persoan\u0103 (20%) \u015fi serviciile oferite (5%).<\/p>\n<p>\nTaxa lunar\u0103 de agen\u0163ie pe care antreprenorii sunt dispu\u015fi s\u0103 o pl\u0103teasc\u0103 este de 1000 -2500 E (65%), 500 -1000 E (25%), 3000 &#8211; 4000 E (10%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cConsider\u0103m c\u0103 antreprenorii cu afaceri mici-medii sunt o ni\u015f\u0103 care nu este exploatat\u0103 \u00eendeajuns de agen\u0163iile de comunicare \u015fi am ini\u0163iat acest studiu calitativ tocmai pentru a afla direct de la ei care sunt percep\u0163ia \u015fi cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele lor referitoare la serviciile de comunicare specializat\u0103.
