El adaug\u0103 c\u0103, la primul s\u0103u interviu cu un CEO de banc\u0103, acesta era foarte relaxat, iar \u00eentr-o discu\u0163ie care a durat&nbsp; dou\u0103 ore Mihai a fost rugat&nbsp; s\u0103 \u00eei pun\u0103 ce \u00eentreb\u0103ri dore\u015fte CEO-ului. Acesta l-a \u00eentrebat cum face fa\u0163\u0103 volumului de munc\u0103 pe care func\u0163ia sa \u00eel presupune, iar r\u0103spunsul nu a \u00eent\u00e2rziat s\u0103 apar\u0103: \u201eDeleg foarte mult. Nu se poate altfel. Trebuie s\u0103 am \u00eencredere \u00een oameni, altfel nu voi putea s\u0103 \u00eemi fac treaba cum trebuie\u201c, a spus CEO-ul b\u0103ncii.<\/p>\n<p>\nV-a\u0163i confruntat cu problema lipsei de delegare \u00een organiza\u0163ia dvs.?
