Incepe productia modelului Citro\u00ebn Prototype Y sub numele Oltcit.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>Decembrie 1989<\/STRONG> Expira contractul cu Citro\u00ebn in baza caruia era produs modelul Oltcit si care era cunoscut cumparatorilor din Europa de Vest drept Citro\u00ebn Axel.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=PT-BR style=\"mso-ansi-language: PT-BR\"><STRONG>1994<\/STRONG> Fabrica este cumparata de Daewoo, al doilea constructor sud-coreean dupa Hyundai.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>1996<\/STRONG> La Craiova incep sa se asambleze modelele Daewoo Tico, Cielo si Espero.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>1997<\/STRONG> In incinta fabricii este deschisa o unitate de productie pentru motoare si cutii de viteze, cu piata de export in principal in Rusia.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>1999<\/STRONG> Corporatia Daewoo intra in faliment si General Motors cumpara fabricile din Coreea ale producatorului coreean, dar nu si pe cele din Romania, Polonia si Uzbekistan. <o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>2005<\/STRONG> General Motors intra in negocieri pentru preluarea fabricii din Craiova, dar dupa cateva luni renunta.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>2006<\/STRONG> Statul roman rascumpara Automobile Craiova de la Daewoo, pentru 60 de milioane de dolari.<o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><SPAN lang=IT style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT\"><STRONG>5 iulie 2007<\/STRONG> Ford Europe este singurul constructor auto care depune oferta pentru preluarea unui pachet de 72% din actiunile Automobile Craiova.<\/SPAN><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL><\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Daca Ford ajunge la Craiova, fabrica de aici marcheaza o premiera: ar ajunge la al treilea proprietar strain, fiecare din acestia provenind de pe alt continent.
