Oleksandr Bondarenko, presedintele organizatiei imobiliare Realtors Association, se declara surprins de reactia rapida si radicala a companiilor de constructii. In opinia acestuia, este o incercare ascunsa de a majora cererea pentru proprietati imobiliare in Kiev, cerere care a scazut drastic in ultimele luni. Potrivit companiei Jitlo-Invest, pretul mediu al unui metru patrat intr-un apartament nou in Kiev este de 1.282 de euro.
