{"id":7124,"date":"2007-06-05T23:59:00","date_gmt":"2007-06-05T23:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=7124"},"modified":"2026-04-02T09:55:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T09:55:04","slug":"multinationale-romanesti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=7124","title":{"rendered":"MULTINATIONALE ROMANESTI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><P class=text style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>Liviu Voinea, directorul executiv al Grupului de Economie Aplicata, enumera trei factori responsabili pentru numarul mic de achizitii facute in strainatate de firmele romanesti:<\/P><SPAN class=text>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=left><STRONG>1.<\/STRONG> capitalul local este insuficient pentru extinderea in strainatate a unei afaceri;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=left><STRONG>2.<\/STRONG> randamentul capitalului este mai mare in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags\" \/><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Romania<\/st1:country-region> decat in tarile mai dezvoltate, deci e mai rentabil de multe ori si in multe domenii sa investesti in <st1:place w:st=\"on\">tara<\/st1:place>;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=left><STRONG>3.<\/STRONG> marile averi in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Romania<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> s-au facut din importuri, deci in majoritatea cazurilor nu exista avantaje competitive de natura sa fie exportate. <\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>Totusi, numarul firmelor romanesti care au birouri de vanzari in strainatate creste de la an la an, iar declaratiile de intentie privind extinderea peste granite a unor afaceri, mai ales in tarile vecine, se inmultesc. Printre exemple se numara retaileri ca Mobexpert, Domo, Romstal, Elvila, Flamingo sau Leonardo si companii din alte industrii, ca Policolor, La Fantana, Softwin, TotalSoft sau Neogen. <\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>Ultimul exemplu de extindere ar fi trebuit sa fie cumpararea de catre firma Cuprom a producatorului de cupru RTB Bor din <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Serbia<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>, o tranzactie de proportii (400 mil. dolari). Insa afacerea a esuat, astfel incat acum numarul companiilor romanesti care detin in strainatate businessuri suficient de importante ca valoare a investitiilor incat sa poata fi numite multinationale este extrem de restrans.
