Cele mai importante proiecte de <st1:City w:st=\"on\">greenfield<\/st1:City> pentru centrale pe gaze sau carbune sunt ale: Petrom (800 MW &#8211; pe gaz, la <st1:City w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Ploiesti<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>), Alro (1.000 MW) si Energy Holding (400-800 MW).<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>SLOVACIA<\/STRONG>. Cea mai mare tranzactie cu o companie producatoare in Europa de Est a fost cea cu Slovenske Elektrane, care a fost privatizata cu trei ani in urma cu grupul italian Enel, dupa o lupta destul de stransa cu cehii de la CEZ, care au intrat in cursa cu o oferta mai mica din punct de vedere financiar. Compania a fost castigata de Enel, care a cumparat (cu o suma apropiata de cea platita pentru Electrica Muntenia Sud) cu peste 800 de milioane de euro un mix de capacitati de productie (hidro, termo si nucleare) de 5.790 MW.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\"><STRONG>BULGARIA<\/STRONG><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>.
