Alan Levy, presedintele firmei, citat de agentia Reuters, spune ca Tishman isi va extinde ulterior operatiunile si pe alte piete din Balcani. <\/P><SPAN>  <P>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P>Compania vizeaza dezvoltarea unor proiecte de mari dimensiuni in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Romania<\/st1:country-region>, <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Serbia<\/st1:country-region> si <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Macedonia<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>. Firma a intrat pe piata din Europa de Est la inceputul anilor \u009190, dezvoltand mai multe proiecte in Cehia. In prezent este singurul dezvoltator american din <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Bulgaria<\/st1:country-region> si unul din cei mai mari dezvoltatori imobiliari comerciali din <st1:place w:st=\"on\">tara<\/st1:place>. Unul din cele mai mari proiecte ale Tishman este investitia intr-un ansamblu format din 165.000 de metri patrati de birouri, un centru logistic si un hotel, situat langa cel mai mare aeroport din <st1:City w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Sofia<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>.
