Pana anul trecut, cand a fost numit sef al afacerilor Enel in Romania, Matteo Codazzi a fost vicepresedinte al diviziei de vanzari pentru clientii captivi ai Enel in Italia, care servea 30 de milioane de clienti si avea 5.000 de subordonati. Codazzi a intrat in Enel din 1999, cu responsabilitati atat in diviziile de productie, cat si in cele de distributie (a fost director de dezvoltare, dar a condus si o serie de achizitii in sectorul gazelor si al electricitatii &#8211; inclusiv achizitia EMS, iar in 2001 a luat parte in achizitia GenCos &#8211; cea mai mare capacitate de productie pe care o are Enel in Italia, de 15.000 MWh). Inainte de Enel, a lucrat in Finmeccanica, ocupandu-se predominant de tranzactiile din Europa, dar si din Statele Unite.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>STUDII<\/STRONG>.
