Detine cladirea de birouri Europe House, parcul logistic dezvoltat de Cefin si a preluat primele doua cladiri de birouri &#8211; aflate in constructie &#8211; din proiectul Sema Parc, dezvoltat de River Invest pe platforma Semanatoarea.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>SPARKASSEN<\/STRONG>: A cumparat hotelul Novotel, mall-ul <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Sun<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st=\"on\">Plaza<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place> si se implica alaturi de o alta divizie a grupului Erste &#8211; Immorent &#8211; in constructia unei cladiri de birouri in Piata Victoriei. In total, a alocat deja pietei romanesti 250 de milioane de euro, suma pe care isi propune sa o dubleze in trei ani.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>NORTH REAL ESTATE OPORTUNITIES FUND<\/STRONG>: Din doar doua tranzactii incheiate la cateva zile distanta a ajuns la un portofoliu de 143 de milioane de euro. A preluat <st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">European<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Retail<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st=\"on\">Park<\/st1:PlaceType> din <st1:City w:st=\"on\">Sibiu<\/st1:City> si proiectul <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Bucovina<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Shopping<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st=\"on\">City<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place> din Suceava.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>EQUEST BALKAN<\/STRONG>: A investit peste 75 mil. euro pentru achizitia a doua cladiri mai mici de birouri din Capitala, a unui spatiu in cadrul parcului logistic <st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Bucharest<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">West<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Logistics<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st=\"on\">Park<\/st1:PlaceType> si al Moldova Mall din <st1:City w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Iasi<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>GLL REAL ESTATE PARTNERS<\/STRONG>: A realizat tranzactia primului semestru, prin achizitia Charles de Gaulle Plaza, una dintre cele mai importante centre de afaceri din Bucuresti, pentru mai mult de 80 de milioane de euro.
