Rolul creatorului &#8211; al celui care faciliteaz\u0103 generarea, selectarea \u015fi validarea ideilor \u015fi direc\u0163iilor de urmat &#8211; este s\u0103 identifice \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eembine toate elementele valoroase pe care compania le are de oferit, \u00eentr-un mod armonios si avantajos, \u00een a\u015fa fel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u00eentregul s\u0103u poten\u0163ial s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi valorificat. Orice companie este ca o fiin\u0163\u0103 uman\u0103 \u015fi, dac\u0103 o trat\u0103m ca pe o fiin\u0163\u0103 uman\u0103, ea va r\u0103spunde pozitiv stimulentelor \u015fi va deveni creativ\u0103, inovatoare.
