Experimenteaz\u0103 \u015fi tr\u0103ie\u015fte la cea mai \u00eenalt\u0103 tensiune bucuriile sim\u0163urilor, pe care le amestec\u0103 \u00eentr-un carusel nebun, trece de la droguri la &#8220;salade de boeuf sauce vinaigrette&#8221; \u015fi la amorul carnal, cu firescul omului care n-a f\u0103cut toat\u0103 via\u0163a altceva dec\u00e2t s\u0103 caute fericirea simpl\u0103 a trupului.<\/p>\n<p>\u015ei-a \u00eenceput cariera ca sp\u0103l\u0103tor de vase, a trecut prin toate fazele umilitoare ale uceniciei prin varii bombe de cartier, a ajuns la CIA (Culinary Institute of America), a scris dou\u0103 romane de succes, s-a plimbat prin toat\u0103 lumea \u015fi \u015fi-a f\u0103cut publice reflec\u0163iile gra\u0163ie emisiunii tv No Reservations \u015fi, finalmente, a ajuns s\u0103 scrie prima sa carte non-fiction: &#8220;Kitchen Confidential&#8221;, recent tradus\u0103 la noi, la Victoria Books.
