De multe ori, \u0084cei mici\u0093 fac parte din grupuri care asigura si activitatea de distributie, prin care aprovizioneaza si hipermarketurile. Managerii minigrupurilor pot astfel gandi o complementaritate a distributiei.<\/P><SPAN class=text>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><BR><STRONG>MARJE VERSUS COSTURI<\/STRONG>: Datorita valorii adaugate ridicate, micii retaileri au marje comerciale superioare celor practicate de Cora, Carrefour, Selgros etc. Pe de alta parte, costurile cu chiria sunt mai mici, suprafata medie a unui magazin din retelele de nisa fiind de circa 50-100 mp.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><BR><STRONG>RENTABILITATE<\/STRONG>: Rata profitului pentru micile lanturi de retail este superioara (uneori, dubla) fata de rentabilitatea pe care o au marii operatori (5%). Teoretic, cei mici ar putea avea profituri si mai mari daca ar putea sa-si administreze costurile mai bine.
