La \u00eenceputul carierei a acumulat experien\u0163\u0103 \u00een domeniile de rela\u0163ii cu clien\u0163ii \u015fi analiz\u0103 financiar\u0103 \u00een cadrul Avon timp de patru ani, iar din 2001 s-a angajat la Arctic, unde ini\u0163ial a de\u0163inut func\u0163ia de marketing manager. \u00cen 2002 a fost numit\u0103 director de marketing \u015fi v\u00e2nz\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen ultimii trei ani produc\u0103torul de electrocasnice a fost una dintre pu\u0163inele companii din Rom\u00e2nia care a continuat s\u0103 fac\u0103 angaj\u0103ri, a investit, a crescut produc\u0163ia \u015fi exportul. \u00centre proiectele sale de suflet cel mai drag \u00eei este extensia de brand Arctic, care a coincis cu un moment important \u00een istoria companiei: trecerea de la marca de aparate frigorifice la marca de electrocasnice, ce cuprinde \u015fi ma\u015fini de sp\u0103lat rufe, aragazuri, hote \u015fi aspiratoare.<\/p>\n<p>\nMonica Iavorschi vede drept cea mai mare reu\u015fit\u0103 din cariera sa faptul c\u0103 afacerea pe care o conduce s-a dezvoltat constant, iar \u00een 2010 a preluat pozi\u0163ia de lider pe toate segmentele de electrocasnice mari.
