Cererea de tranzac\u0163ionare a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163it\u0103 \u00eentre tranzac\u0163ii de relocare (40%), extinderi (10%) \u015fi o tranzac\u0163ie de prefinalizare (50%).<\/p>\n<p>Zona de nord a Capitalei a \u00eenregistrat cele mai multe tranzac\u0163ii de \u00eenchiriere (61% din totalul cererii), urmat\u0103 de centru (15%) \u015fi zona centrului de business (Pia\u0163a Victoriei &#8211; Pia\u0163a Charles de Gaulle &#8211; 8%). Cele mai active companii au fost cele din sectorul financiar (52% din totalul cererii) \u015fi cele din sectorul serviciilor profesionale (24%).<\/p>\n<p>Chiria zonelor de prim\u0103 categorie a r\u0103mas stabil\u0103 la valoarea de 19,5 euro\/mp\/lun\u0103, iar chiria de baz\u0103 este neschimbat\u0103 \u00een aproape toate zonele.
