Timpul mediu de r\u0103spuns pe Hotline pentru preluarea unui astfel de incident este de 25 de secunde iar volumul tranzac\u0163iilor care au fost recuperate astfel de c\u0103tre departamentul suport pentru clien\u0163ii ePayment se ridic\u0103 la al\u0163i 520.000 euro in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Principalele tipuri de incidente \u00eent\u00e2lnite de c\u0103tre operatorii de la ePayment Hotline \u00een 2011 au fost legate de neautorizarea unei tranzac\u0163ii online (introducerea gre\u015fit\u0103 a datelor de card, fonduri insuficiente, banca refuz\u0103 tranzac\u0163ia, cardul are o limit\u0103 de sum\u0103 pentru tranzac\u0163ii online etc.). Alte incidente au fost legate de 3D Secure (cum se stabile\u015fte parola sau cu cine? cum func\u0163ioneaz\u0103?), precum \u015fi de detaliile legate de comand\u0103 sau plata online (verificarea detaliilor din comand\u0103, clientul dore\u015fte s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 plata este finalizat\u0103 etc.)<br \/>\n\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte tentativele de fraud\u0103, domeniile cele mai interesante pentru cei care au \u00eencercat s\u0103 p\u0103c\u0103leasc\u0103 vigilen\u0163a sistemului de securitate ePayment au fost: telecom (41% dintre \u00eencerc\u0103ri s-au \u00eendreptat c\u0103tre acest domeniu, favorite fiind aici site-urile pentru re\u00eenc\u0103rcarea cartelelor prepay), servicii turistice (22%) \u015fi alte servicii (13%).<br \/>\nCele mai pu\u0163in predispuse domenii la \u00eencerc\u0103rile de fraudare au fost retail IT&#038;C, divertisment \u015fi plata de utilit\u0103\u0163i, fiecare dintre ele \u00eensum\u00e2nd \u00eentre 1 si 4% din totalul \u00eencerc\u0103rilor de fraud\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Cardurile folosite \u00een tentativele de fraud\u0103 sunt emise \u00een propor\u0163ie de 38% din Statele Unite, 21% din Rom\u00e2nia, 10% din Italia, 10% din Marea Britanie.
