In 1993, el infiinteaza o firma si in Bucuresti.<\/P>  <UL>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>SEMA PARC<\/STRONG> Proiect dezvoltat de omul de afaceri Ion Radulea, pe platforma Semanatoarea. Proiectul va avea o suprafata construita de aproape 660.000 mp pe malul Dambovitei si va include birouri, spatii comerciale si rezidentiale. <\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>EUROPE HOUSE<\/STRONG> Dezvoltata tot de GTC, cladirea a fost achizitionata in 2003 de fondul austriac de investitii Europolis, intr-o tranzactie de 31 milioane de dolari. Cladirea are o suprafata de 22.000 mp si serveste drept sediu pentru firme ca <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:City w:st=\"on\">Orange<\/st1:City><\/st1:place>, HP, Microsoft sau AIG Life.<\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>AMERICA HOUSE<\/STRONG> Localizata in Piata Victoriei, cladirea ofera 26.000 metri patrati de spatii de birouri. Printre chiriasi se numara companiile Deloitte, Cosmote, S&#038;T, Ericsson, Schlumberger, Cisco, Mastercard, firma de avocatura Tuca, Zbarcea si Asociatii. <\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>&nbsp;<\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>CHARLES DE GAULLE PLAZA<\/STRONG> Una dintre cele mai mari structuri de otel din Europa de Est. A primit premiul anual pentru arhitectura romaneasca in 2005. Cladirea are 16 etaje si o suprafata de aproape 40.000 mp. Imobilul a fost recent cumparat de fondul de investitii Accession Fund, administrat de GLL Real Estate Partners, pentru mai mult de 80 de milioane de euro, de la fondul de investitii austriac CA Immo si Avrig 35, dezvoltatorul cladirii. Cladirea este formata din doua imobile cu suprafata totala de peste 15.000 mp. Aici isi au sediul companii internationale ca ING, PwC sau GSK. Fondul austriac de CA Immo a cumparat cladirea in 2003 cu 25 mil. euro.<\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>CASCADE OFFICE BUILDING<\/STRONG> 4.300 de metri patrati, situata in zona Piata Victoriei; preluata recent de fondul de investitii imobiliar Fabian Capital Property Fund pentru un pret estimat la 12 milioane de euro. Cladirea gazduieste sediile ProCredit, Aviva, HBO si Rompetrol.<\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p><\/o:p>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>CHAPMAN <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:City w:st=\"on\">TAYLOR<\/st1:City><\/st1:place><\/STRONG><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>Compania britanica a lucrat deja la doua proiecte importante in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Romania<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>:<\/P>  <UL>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>BUCHAREST BUSINESS PARK (BBP)<\/STRONG> Dezvoltat de Portland Trust, proiectul este format din patru cladiri independente cu o suprafata totala de aproape 18.500 mp. Printre chiriasi se numara CarpatCement Holding, IBM, BAT sau firma de avocatura Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen. In septembrie trecut, CA Immo a demarat procedurile pentru achizitia BBP, tranzactie estimata la 60-65 mil. euro.<\/DIV><\/LI>  <LI>  <DIV class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>PROIECTUL BANEASA<\/STRONG> Cu o valoare estimata la 1,2 mld. euro, proiectul presupune dezvoltarea pana in 2015 a unui nou cartier (3.000 de locuinte, parc de afaceri cu 11 cladiri de birouri, o platforma comerciala cu mai multe magazine de mari dimensiuni, mall si centru de distractii, plus alte facilitati ca spital, hotel, biserica etc.<\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL><\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O ierarhizare a firmelor de arhitectura nu se incumeta nici macar arhitectii sa faca.
