Investitia va fi derulata prin compania <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:PlaceName w:st=\"on\">Limex<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st=\"on\">City<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place>, o asociere intre RREEF, bratul de investitii in real estate al bancii germane si dezvoltatorul imobiliar local Winslow Developments, anunta cotidianul Dnevnik. RREEF va detine 88% din actiunile joint-venture-ului, iar compania bulgara restul de 12%. Winslow Developments este prezenta pe piata din <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Bulgaria<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place> din 2001, fiind cunoscuta pentru mai multe proiecte de succes derulate in statiunea de schi Bansko. <\/P><SPAN>  <P>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P>Pierre Cherki, managing director al RREEF, vede parteneriatul cu Winslow drept un prim pas solid in promitatoarea piata bulgara de real estate. Cu joint venture-uri in Republica Ceha, Ungaria, Romania si Polonia, Cherki considera ca investitiile in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Bulgaria<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> ar putea consolida pozitia RREEF de cel mai mare investitor in real estate din Europa Centrala si de Est. <\/P>  <P>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P>Una din prioritatile anuntate de Deutsche Bank la inaugurarea filialei din <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:City w:st=\"on\">Sofia<\/st1:City><\/st1:place> a fost finantarea prin imprumuturi a proiectelor majore de infrastructura. Tessen von Heydebreck, membru al board-ului bancii germane, a afirmat disponibilitatea Deutsche Bank de a finanta construirea centralei nucleare de la Belene, in cazul in care guvernul bulgar va dori acest lucru.
