Responden\u0163ii studiului provin din Bucure\u015fti \u015fi au v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 19 \u015fi 45 ani.<\/p>\n<p>\u00eentreb\u0103rile au c\u0103utat s\u0103 identifice atributele de atractivitate care \u00eei definesc pe cei mai buni angajatori din Rom\u00e2nia, din perspectiva poten\u0163ialilor angaja\u0163i. Totodat\u0103, companiile participante au fost evaluate prin compara\u0163ie cu modelul angajatorului ideal descris de responden\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, principalul atribut \u00een func\u0163ie de care sunt evaluate companiile se afl\u0103 nivelul salarial, urmat de siguran\u0163\u0103\/ stabilitatea locului de munc\u0103 \u015fi oportunit\u0103\u0163ile de dezvoltare personal\u0103 \u015fi profesional\u0103. Tinerii pu\u0163in educa\u0163i \u015fi neexperimenta\u0163i se v\u0103d angaja\u0163i ca v\u00e2nz\u0103tori \u00een magazine din Comer\u0163ul modern.<\/p>\n<p>Acela\u015fi studiu a mai rlevat c\u0103, fa\u0163\u0103 de alte categorii de angaja\u0163i, managerii sunt cei mai familiariza\u0163i cu companiile din domeniul farmaceutic, BPO (companii de outsourcing), materiale de construc\u0163ii \u015fi audit &#038; consultan\u0163\u0103. Barba\u0163ii sunt cei mai atra\u015fi de companiile din domeniul auto, iar speciali\u015ftii \u00een marketing rezoneaz\u0103 mai mult cu companiile din FMCG.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru persoanele cu experien\u0163\u0103 \u015fi educa\u0163ie este atractiv domeniul energie \u015fi utilit\u0103\u0163i, \u00een timp ce pentru studen\u0163ii care nu au mai lucrat niciodat\u0103, sectorul IT pare un start promi\u0163\u0103tor \u00een carier\u0103. Personalul de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri cu experien\u0163\u0103 se intereseaz\u0103 mai mult de companiile farmaceutice \u015fi, \u00een general, pentru cei la \u00eenceputul carierei, companiile multina\u0163ionale sunt o promisiune de dezvoltare profesional\u0103.
