Prin aceasta achizitie,<br \/>\nUSCE intra pe piata de inghetata din Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p>Presedintele USCE, Marc Desenfans, a declarat: &#8220;Darko este o<br \/>\nachizitie valoroasa pentru noi, cu branduri de inghetata cunoscute<br \/>\nsi cu o pozitie bine stabilita pe piata. Vom valorifica forta<br \/>\nbusiness-ului actual si expertiza Unilever, care este lider global<br \/>\nal categoriei de inghetata, pentru a ne consolida pozitia in<br \/>\nregiune&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Profitul inregistrat de Darko in 2010 a fost de 7 millioane<br \/>\neuro. Ca parte a acordului incheiat, aproximativ 80 de angajati vor<br \/>\nfi transferati catre Unilever. Darko va pastra personalul de<br \/>\nproductie, facilitatile de depozitare si va produce inghetata sub<br \/>\nbrandurile Darko pentru piata din Bulgaria. Acordul de achizitie<br \/>\nurmeaza sa fie supus aprobarii autoritatii bulgare din domeniul<br \/>\nconcurentei.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unilever South Central Europe (USCE) si Balkan Accession Fund au semnat un acord prin care USCE va achizitiona de la Darko. Compania bulgareasca este detinuta de Balkan Accession Fund, iar tranzactia vizeaza brandurile de inghetata, reteaua de distributie (forta de vanzari) si unitatea de productie.
