Fata de iunie 2010, cand<br \/>\nindicele era de 1.163 euro\/mp, preturile apartamentelor sunt cu<br \/>\n11,1% mai mici, se arata intr-un comunicat al portalului.<br \/>\n&#8220;In acest semestru, variatii mai mari ale preturilor au avut loc pe<br \/>\nsegmentul apartamentelor noi, unde asistam pe de-o parte la scaderi<br \/>\nde peste 5%, cum s-a intamplat la Brasov, dar si la cresteri cum<br \/>\nsunt cele din Capitala.<\/p>\n<p>Proprietarii de apartamente vechi au fost mult mai pasivi,<br \/>\npreturile pe acest segment avand oscilatii mai mici. Cresterile au<br \/>\nfost resimtite mai mult in prima parte a semestrului, ultimele doua<br \/>\nluni aducand ieftiniri.
