Salariile scad cu 20%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Confederatia Nationala Sindicala &#8220;Cartel Alfa&#8221; considera ca<br \/>\naceasta masura incalca contractul de munca valabil in cadrul<br \/>\nCompaniei &#8220;CFR Marfa&#8221;, hotararea fiind luata fara acordul<br \/>\nFederatiei Mecanicilor de Locomotiva, sindicat reprezentativ, si<br \/>\nfara respectarea prevederilor legale in vigoare. &#8220;Reducerea<br \/>\nprogramului de lucru de la cinci la patru zile provoaca<br \/>\nlucratorilor o pierdere salariala de 20 la suta care se adauga unei<br \/>\nreduceri a veniturilor salariale de 30 la suta, stabilite anul<br \/>\ntrecut si valabila si pentru anul 2011 si vine pe fondul<br \/>\nreducerilor de personal.
