Consumul de alcool cu 4-6 ore inainte de culcare<\/p>\n<p>E adevarat ca un al doilea pahar de vin la masa te poate adormi<br \/>\nla inceput, dar dupa ce efectul alcoolului dispare, apare starea de<br \/>\nneliniste, acea stare care nu te lasa sa dormi.<\/p>\n<p>2. N-ai mancat nimic de la cina pana la ora de culcare<\/p>\n<p>Un stomac gol te tine treaz. O gustare bogata in carbohidrati<br \/>\n(paine prajita, cereale, paste) si un pahar de lapte ar trebui sa<br \/>\nrezolve aceasta problema.<\/p>\n<p>3. Consumul de cafeina dupa ora 19:00<\/p>\n<p>Daca ai probleme cu somnul, atunci ai grija ca ceasca de cafea<br \/>\nde dimineata sa fie si ultima pe ziua respectiva. Cafena are efect<br \/>\nin corpul tau timp de 12 ore.
