{"id":47741,"date":"2011-05-10T10:45:32","date_gmt":"2011-05-10T10:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=47741"},"modified":"2026-04-02T20:23:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T20:23:24","slug":"codul-muncii-2011-ce-se-schimba-pentru-angajat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=47741","title":{"rendered":"Codul muncii 2011: ce se schimba pentru angajat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Totusi, in codul muncii actualizat pe 2011, angajatul care vrea<br \/>\nsa-si ia concediu fara plata pentru a participa la programe de<br \/>\nformare profesionala poate fi refuzat de catre angajator daca<br \/>\nacesta sustine ca lipsa angajatului va prejudicia activitatea<br \/>\nfirmei.<br \/>\nDe asemenea, noul cod al muncii prevede ca fiecare angajat va avea<br \/>\ntrecut in contractul de munca criteriile de evaluare profesionala<br \/>\nsi este anuntat daca angajatorul vrea sa ceara informatii despre<br \/>\nactivitatea acestuia de la fostul angajator.<br \/>\nCodul muncii 2011 schimba si durata perioadei de proba, care este<br \/>\nde 90 de zile pentru functiile de executie si de 120 de zile pentru<br \/>\nfunctiile de conducere.
