Scaderea substantiala a bugetului programului<br \/>\nPrima Casa, care valoreaza 200 milioane euro, in comparatie cu 700<br \/>\nmilioane euro, in medie, valoarea editiei anterioare, arata ca<br \/>\ndezvoltatorii nu se mai pot baza pe sprijin guvernamental, in<br \/>\nconditiile in care sectorul bancar este in continuare foarte slab&#8221;,<br \/>\nse arata in cel mai recent raport al companiei de consultanta<br \/>\nimobiliara.
