Lucrarile au inceput in luna august 2009,<br \/>\ns-au derulat fara restrictii de trafic si s-au finalizat intr-un an<br \/>\nsi jumatate. Modernizarea se traduce prin cresterea gradului de<br \/>\nconfort si, totodata, a capacitatii de prelucrare a pasagerilor. In<br \/>\nprezent, capacitatea terminalelor este de 4,5 milioane de pasageri<br \/>\npe an, la un nivel de servicii C. Numarul pasarelelor de imbarcare\/debarcare a crescut de la 5 la 14.
