Mai mult decat atat, 19% nu sustin necesitatea<br \/>\nmodificarilor codului muncii, aprobate de Executiv, afirmand ca &#8220;nu<br \/>\nera necesar sa se aduca modificari&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Doar circa 15% dintre respondenti sunt mai optimisti si sunt de<br \/>\nparere ca noile reglementari vor crea un echilibru pe piata muncii.<br \/>\nAcestia au incredere ca noile prevederi vor facilita crearea de<br \/>\nlocuri de munca si vor flexibiliza procesul de angajare.<\/p>\n<p>Surprinzator, si reprezentantii companiilor sunt de aceeasi<br \/>\nparere cu candidatii BestJobs. Peste 70% dintre acestia au declarat<br \/>\nca nu vad avantajele reexaminarii codului muncii. Numai un sfert<br \/>\ndintre angajtori sustin demersul.<\/p>\n<p>Sondajul BestJobs.ro a fost efectuat la nivel national, in<br \/>\nperioada 17-28 martie 2011, pe un esantion de 2.439 de utilizatori.<br \/>\nDintre acestia, peste 40% au varsta cuprinsa intre 25-35 de ani si<br \/>\naproximativ 70% sunt persoane cu studii postuniversitare.\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chiar daca mediul de afaceri asteapta momentul in care pachetul de modificari la codul muncii va fi adoptat, angajatii se tem ca nu le va aduce decat rau.
