Conteaza apoi<br \/>\natititudinea cu care acesta vine la interviu, directorii de resurse<br \/>\numane acuzand in repetate randuri faptul ca au intalnit foarte des<br \/>\ncandidati aroganti, cu pretentii salariale uriase, in ciuda unei<br \/>\npregatiri mediocre.<\/p>\n<p>Mai conteaza abilitatea candidatului de a se integra in<br \/>\norganizatia respectiva, precum si aptitudinile sale<br \/>\ncomunicationale. Abia apoi sunt avute in vedere abilitatile tehnice<br \/>\nale candidatului. Este considerat un atu si daca ajunge la interviu<br \/>\nprintr-o recomandare interna.<\/p>\n<p>Testele de competente sunt acum nelipsite inainte de orice<br \/>\nangajare, astfel incat rezultatele bune la aceste probe sunt si ele<br \/>\nobligatorii. In final, directorii de resurse umane sunt<br \/>\nimpresionati de experienta academica a celui care vrea sa se<br \/>\nangajeze.
