Cele doua companii care fac<br \/>\nevaluarile sunt Euro Expert SRL si Expert Valuation SRL. Cu toate<br \/>\nca preturile apartamentelor din zonele centrale au inregistrat cele<br \/>\nmai mari deprecieri in evaluarile notarilor, nici cele de la<br \/>\nperiferie nu fac nota discordanta.
