{"id":44422,"date":"2010-11-30T10:47:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-30T10:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=44422"},"modified":"2026-04-02T18:56:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T18:56:11","slug":"ce-masuri-sunt-prevazute-in-proiectul-noului-cod-al-muncii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=44422","title":{"rendered":"Ce masuri sunt prevazute in proiectul noului Cod al Muncii"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Perioada pentru care poate fi incheiat un contract individual de<br \/>\nmunca pe durata determinata va creste de la doi ani la cel mult<br \/>\ntrei ani; in plus, contractul va putea fi prelungit si dupa<br \/>\nexpirarea termenului, &#8220;pentru perioada realizarii unui proiect,<br \/>\nprogram sau lucrari&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Interdictia impusa angajatorului de a efectua noi incadrari in<br \/>\nmunca pe locurile salariatilor concediati timp de 9 luni de la data<br \/>\nconcedierii acestora va fi eliminata.
