Din contra, cel mai probabil, romanii care isi<br \/>\npierd jobul acum sunt cei care nu au reusit sa-si faca treaba<br \/>\nconform criteriilor de performanta ale companiei, explica<br \/>\nspecialistii in resurse umane.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Principiul &#8216;cei mai slabi sunt primii care pleaca&#8217; se aplica in<br \/>\ncontinuare, dar ceva mai rafinat.
