Sunt tot mai multi angajati care pleaca in conditii<br \/>\nde care sunt nemultumiti, iar problema este ca, in continuare,<br \/>\ncompaniile nu sunt interesate sa ceara consultanta de specialitate<br \/>\npentru a elimina problemele pe care le au la nivel de resurse<br \/>\numane&#8221;, spune avocatul Iulian Patrascanu, managing partner al casei<br \/>\nde avocatura Fine Law, patrascanu si Asociatii.<\/p>\n<p>In momentul de fata, casa de avocatura pe care o conduce se<br \/>\nocupa de 22 de astfel de procese, care, de cele mai multe ori, se<br \/>\nnasc in urma neintelegilor financiare dintre parti, dupa cum spune<br \/>\nPatrascanu.
