BCR, cea mai mare banca din Romania, este cea care a dat acest credit cu dobanda &#8211; soc, dar nu de bunavoie! Printr-o hotarare executorie a instantei, banca a fost obligata sa-i aplice acest &#8220;cost al creditului&#8221; clientului sau Marian Toma!
