Pana<br \/>\nin prezent, insa, nu a fost elaborat un proiect care sa fie adus la<br \/>\ncunostinta partenerilor sociali.<\/p>\n<p>Desi acestia au negocieri continue cu Guvernul pe alte subiecte de<br \/>\nextrema importanta, cum ar fi legea salarizarii bugetarilor sau<br \/>\nconcedierile de la stat, si cum pana in octombrie a mai ramas mai<br \/>\nputin de o luna, sindicatele suspecteaza Executivul ca modifica<br \/>\nlegea in secret si ca se vor trezi cu ea in Parlament, fara<br \/>\ndezabtere publica.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\n\"http:\/\/www.incont.ro\/job-uri\/modificarile-la-codul-muncii-cine-castiga-si-cine-pierde.html\"><br \/>\nCititi mai multe<\/a> pe www.incont.ro<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anuntul guvernantilor, cum ca vor sa modifice, pana in octombrie, legea de baza care reglementeaza relatiile de munca din Romania, a impartit societatea in doua. Pe de o parte, angajatorii, care sustin ca actuala legislatie din domeniu este rigida si ofera prea multe drepturi si privilegii salariatilor, pe de alta parte, angajatii, care se vad, dintr-o data, lipsiti de protectie si de posibilitatea de a-si negocia salariile si timpul de lucru.
