Nici in cazul acestora lucrarile nu sunt foarte<br \/>\navansate, iar acolo unde stadiul de realizare este mai ridicat a<br \/>\nfost taiata finantarea.<\/p>\n<p>Este cazul tronsonului Moara Vlasiei &#8211; Ploiesti (42,5 km),<br \/>\nconstruit de asocierea &#8220;regilor asfaltului&#8221; Dan Besciu si Sorin<br \/>\nVulpescu (Euroconstruct Trading 98), Dorinel Umbrarescu (UMB<br \/>\nSpedition) si Costel Casuneanu (PA&#038;CO).
