Apetitul pentru investitii a fost stimulat si de cresterile de preturi de pe piata internationala.<\/P><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><SPAN class=text>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>Reprivatizare:<\/STRONG> Combinatul Siderurgic <st1:City w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Resita<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> a fost vandut grupului Sinara Handel, distribuitor oficial al companiei metalurgice ruse TMK. Actiunile au costat un euro, dar TMK s-a angajat sa faca investitii de 19 milioane dolari.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>Preluare:<\/STRONG> Producatorul international de tevi Tenaris a cumparat Tubman International, pentru 42 milioane dolari. Astfel, Silcotub, Tubinox si Laminorul Braila au intrat in proprietatea Tenaris.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>Concesionare:<\/STRONG> La patru luni de la preluare, Tenaris concesioneaza gratuit, in favoarea Autoritatii pentru Valorificarea Activelor Statului, pachetul de actiuni detinut la Laminorul Braila.<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/SPAN><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>Vanzare:<\/STRONG> BBG Alum s-a vandut pentru 9, 5 milioane dolari.
