Compania Triumf Construct sustine ca este prima din Romania<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> care a dezvoltat conceptul de apartamente de vacanta. Astfel, in anul 2002, a construit doua astfel de blocuri la Mamaia, al treilea fiind in prezent in curs de executie. Apartamentele \u0084de vacanta\u0093 au fost vandute cu preturi cuprinse intre 55.000 si 78.000 de euro.<\/P>

ANL vrea, dar nu are cu ce<\/STRONG><\/P>

Cu doar 1.700 de apratamente construite in patru ani, ANL nu are sanse sa amelioreze criza locuintei in Romania in lipsa fondurilor. Marile sperante se leaga, astfel, de investitorii privati.<\/P>

Intr-un singur deceniu, adica intre anii ’71 – ’80 in orasele din Romania s-a construit mai mult decat in urmatorii 24 de ani la un loc.<\/SPAN><\/P>
