Nu se includ imprumuturile pentru cumpararea de<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/SPAN>locuinte sau refacerea lor. Bancile sunt nemultumite de trei prevederi ale legii:<\/P><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><SPAN class=text>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>DOBANDA ANUALA EFECTIVA (DAE):<\/STRONG> Include toate costurile asociate unui credit: dobanda anuala, costul asigurarii, comision analiza dosar etc. Aceasta valoare, exprimata procentual, trebuie prezentata in orice anunt publicitar, oferta sau contract de credit destinat consumatorilor.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>DESPAGUBIRI:<\/STRONG> Furnizorul si creditorul sunt raspunzatori individual pentru despagubirea consumatorului. Creditorul raspunde daca bunul a fost cumparat pe credit si daca actiunile consumatorului impotriva furnizorului de bunuri au esuat.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>REDUCEREA ECHITABILA:<\/STRONG> In cazul rambursarii anticipate, consumatorul are dreptul la o reducere echitabila a costului creditului, stabilita proportional cu perioada de utilizare a banilor.<\/P><\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Legea nr. 289\/2004 se refera la creditele de consum, care includ credite pentru nevoi personale, bunuri de folosinta indelungata, carduri de credit.
