La acea data, combinatul deja nu mai desfasura activitati de productie si inregistra datorii totale de circa 1.000 mld. lei, echivalentul a 39 mil. dolari.&nbsp; <\/P><SPAN class=text>  <P align=justify><SPAN class=textgrenab>LICHIDARE:<\/SPAN> PricewaterhouseCoopers a fost numit lichidator al combinatului la cererea AVAB, la 3 noiembrie 2000, succedand altor trei lichidatori.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>SUPRAVEGHERE:<\/STRONG> In februarie 2001, Guvernul a instituit procedura speciala de supraveghere financiara, pe o perioada nu mai mare de trei ani, a societatii Siderca SA Calarasi, suspendand procedura de faliment in care se afla combinatul siderurgic.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><SPAN class=textgrenab>PRELUNGIRE:<\/SPAN> In 2004, termenul de exercitare a procedurii speciale de supraveghere financiara, expirat la 13 februarie 2004, a fost prelungit cu un an.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>LICHIDARE, DIN NOU:<\/STRONG> Siderca a reintrat in lichidare in data de 13 februarie 2005.<BR><\/P><\/SPAN><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siderca a intrat in procedura de faliment la 10 august 2000.
