Mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre angajatori (61%) nu se mai concentreaz\u0103 exclusiv pe titluri de job, ci din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe competen\u0163e, arat\u0103 datele SD Worx din studiul \u201eHR &#038; Payroll Pulse\u201d.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<font>La nivel european, mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre angajatori (55%) nu se mai concentreaz\u0103 exclusiv pe titluri de job, ci din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe competen\u0163e. \u00cen acela\u015fi timp, aproape trei din zece organiza\u0163ii (29%) se concentreaz\u0103 pe planificarea strategic\u0103 a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, \u00een locul planific\u0103rii opera\u0163ionale, identific\u00e2nd nevoile viitoare de personal \u015fi competen\u0163e, iar o treime combin\u0103 cele dou\u0103 abord\u0103ri, arat\u0103 studiul citat.&nbsp;<\/font><\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<font>\u00cen acela\u015fi timp, la nivel european, patru din zece angajatori (39%) nu au \u00eenc\u0103 o imagine clar\u0103 asupra competen\u0163elor de care organiza\u0163ia lor va avea nevoie \u00een urm\u0103torii doi-trei ani. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, procentul este mai redus, de 30%.<\/font><\/div>\n<div>\n&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<font>\u201ePlanificarea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 devine tot mai mult o component\u0103 strategic\u0103 pentru organiza\u0163ii. Companiile nu se mai uit\u0103 doar la roluri, ci la competen\u0163ele de care vor avea nevoie pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne competitive \u00eentr-un context economic \u015fi tehnologic \u00een continu\u0103 schimbare.
