Flexibilitatea (44,8%) \u015fi echilibrul dintre via\u0163a profesional\u0103 \u015fi cea personal\u0103 (42,9%) r\u0103m\u00e2n importante, dar nu mai sunt prioritare.<\/p>\n<p>\nPoate cel mai relevant semnal al acestei schimb\u0103ri este frecven\u0163a prezen\u0163ei la birou: peste 63% dintre responden\u0163i merg zilnic sau aproape zilnic la sediul companiei.
