Dar dincolo de procese, cea mai mare satisfac\u0163ie vine de la oameni \u015fi colegi: am pus la aceea\u015fi mas\u0103 persoane care nu s-ar fi \u00eent\u00e2lnit altfel, \u015fi din acele \u00eent\u00e2lniri s-au n\u0103scut proiecte, businessuri, echipe noi. Am reu\u015fit s\u0103 ofer \u015fanse unor persoane care aveau poten\u0163ial real, dar nu fuseser\u0103 pu\u015fi \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een locul potrivit.<\/p>\n<p>\nFaptul c\u0103 azi colaborarea este natural\u0103, ca know-how-ul circul\u0103 \u015fi c\u0103 resursele se \u00eempart f\u0103r\u0103 fric\u0163iuni este, pentru mine, o validare care c\u00e2nt\u0103re\u015fte mai mult dec\u00e2t orice target sau indicator comercial.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Trei superputeri profesionale.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nCapacitatea de a simplifica lucruri complexe f\u0103r\u0103 a le dilua. Cred mult \u00een ideea de dialog, nu de autoritate unilateral\u0103.Probabil c\u0103 r\u0103d\u0103cina stilului meu de leadership vine din copil\u0103rie \u2013 tat\u0103l meu, profesor universitar la Politehnic\u0103, obi\u015fnuia s\u0103 se sf\u0103tuiasc\u0103 sincer cu mine c\u00e2nd eram mic, 6-7-8 ani. \u00cemi cerea opinia real\u0103 \u00een tot felul de chestiuni \u2013 profesionale, logistice, de via\u0163\u0103 \u2013 \u015fi mi-o asculta ca pe a unui egal.
