Una dintre cele mai mari vulnerabilit\u0103\u0163i identificate: lipsa cerin\u0163elor obligatorii pentru activit\u0103\u0163i practice \u015fi experimente la biologie \u015fi, \u00een general, la disciplinele \u015ftiin\u0163ifice (STEM).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eAm \u00eent\u00e2lnit absolven\u0163i de liceu care nu au f\u0103cut niciun experiment \u00een to\u0163i anii de \u015fcoal\u0103, care nu \u015ftiu ce li se potrive\u015fte \u015fi c\u0103tre ce domeniu de studiu sau profesional s\u0103 se \u00eendrepte. Problema nu este c\u0103 avem prea pu\u0163in con\u0163inut, ci c\u0103 avem prea pu\u0163in\u0103 aplicabilitate \u015fi relevan\u0163\u0103\u201d, transmite \u00eentr-un comunicat de pres\u0103 Simona David-Cri\u015fb\u0103\u015fanu, pre\u015fedinta Coali\u0163iei pentru Educa\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>\nAceast\u0103 abordare teoretic\u0103 excesiv\u0103 are consecin\u0163e directe asupra parcursului educa\u0163ional al tinerilor. Nivelul ridicat al abandonului universitar, mai ales dup\u0103 primul an de studii, este corelat cu lipsa experien\u0163elor practice, a g\u00e2ndirii critice \u015fi a unei explor\u0103ri reale a intereselor \u015fi carierelor \u00eenc\u0103 din liceu. Mul\u0163i studen\u0163i ajung s\u0103 aleag\u0103 facult\u0103\u0163i f\u0103r\u0103 a \u00een\u0163elege ce presupune cu adev\u0103rat domeniul respectiv, ceea ce se traduce drept un e\u015fec care \u00ee\u015fi are originea \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar.<\/p>\n<p>\nCoali\u0163ia pentru Educa\u0163ie atrage aten\u0163ia c\u0103 experimentarea nu poate fi op\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi c\u0103 \u015fcolile trebuie sprijinite cu resurse adecvate, inclusiv solu\u0163ii digitale \u015fi laboratoare virtuale, acolo unde infrastructura fizic\u0103 este limitat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen timp ce \u00een \u0163\u0103ri precum Marea Britanie, Germania sau Fran\u0163a programele de liceu includ \u00eentre 12 \u015fi 15 experimente obligatorii, evaluate sistematic, propunerile actuale din Rom\u00e2nia nu prev\u0103d cerin\u0163e clare privind activit\u0103\u0163ile practice la biologie \u015fi la alte \u015ftiin\u0163e.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eEste nedrept ce le facem tinerilor. Ca p\u0103rinte \u015fi ca om care contribuie la schimb\u0103ri \u00een educa\u0163ie, este inacceptabil faptul c\u0103 unul dintre copii mei, acum la \u00eenceputul liceului, va r\u0103m\u00e2ne blocat \u00een programe vechi de 20 de ani. Cel\u0103lalt mai are o \u015fans\u0103, dac\u0103 noile programe chiar vor marca un progres \u015fi vor fi aplicate la clas\u0103 de c\u0103tre profesori preg\u0103ti\u0163i \u00een acest sens\u201d, mai spune pre\u015fedinta Coali\u0163iei pentru Educa\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>\nProfesorul Constantin Lomaca, membru al Consiliului Director al Coali\u0163iei pentru Educa\u0163ie, subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 ideile \u015ftiin\u0163ifice trebuie conectate la contexte reale \u2013 s\u0103n\u0103tate, mediu, tehnologie, societate \u2013 pentru ca elevii s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 scopul \u015ftiin\u0163ei \u015fi s\u0103 fie motiva\u0163i s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eElevii nu trebuie doar s\u0103 memoreze fapte, ci s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri, s\u0103 conceap\u0103 investiga\u0163ii, s\u0103 interpreteze date \u015fi s\u0103 ra\u0163ioneze \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u201d, explic\u0103 acesta.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe asemenea, consider\u0103 profesorul, este esen\u0163ial\u0103 consolidarea leg\u0103turilor interdisciplinare, \u00een special cu matematica, alfabetizarea digital\u0103 \u015fi educa\u0163ia pentru sustenabilitate, precum \u015fi crearea unor parcursuri diferen\u0163iate care s\u0103 ofere \u015fanse reale tuturor elevilor, indiferent de contextul lor socio-cultural.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eEvalu\u0103rile ar trebui s\u0103 m\u0103soare nu numai cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele, ci \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i precum cercetarea, ra\u0163ionamentul \u015fi comunicarea. Iar toate acestea nu pot func\u0163iona f\u0103r\u0103 profesori sprijini\u0163i real prin dezvoltare profesional\u0103, materiale didactice bine concepute, condi\u0163ii de laborator sigure \u015fi sarcini de lucru gestionabile. O program\u0103 bun\u0103 este actualizat\u0103 permanent, pe baza analizei rezultatelor elevilor \u015fi evolu\u0163iilor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice\u201d, mai explic\u0103 prof. Constantin Lomaca.<\/p>\n<p>\nNevoia de schimbare este sus\u0163inut\u0103 \u015fi de peste 300 de tineri implica\u0163i \u00een proiectul Erasmus\u0102 \u201eReimagine Education\u201d, derulat de Coali\u0163ia pentru Educa\u0163ie \u00eempreun\u0103 cu opt licee din jude\u0163ul Buz\u0103u. Ace\u015ftia cer o educa\u0163ie mai relevant\u0103, care s\u0103 \u00eei preg\u0103teasc\u0103 pentru via\u0163\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eei ajute s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi descopere viitorul profesional.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe\u015fi apreciaz\u0103 eforturile Ministerului Educa\u0163iei de a actualiza programele \u015fi deschiderea c\u0103tre consultare public\u0103, Coali\u0163ia pentru Educa\u0163ie avertizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 schimbarea real\u0103 presupune mai mult dec\u00e2t modernizarea limbajului. Printre m\u0103surile considerate esen\u0163iale se num\u0103r\u0103: descriptori clari de competen\u0163\u0103, practic\u0103 obligatorie evaluat\u0103, reducerea volumului de con\u0163inuturi, alinierea dintre program\u0103, profilul absolventului \u015fi evaluare, definirea structurii Bacalaureatului 2030 \u015fi preg\u0103tirea adecvat\u0103 a cadrelor didactice.<\/p>\n<p>\nTotodat\u0103, organiza\u0163ia semnaleaz\u0103 limite serioase ale procesului de consultare, \u00een special implicarea insuficient\u0103 a profesorilor practicieni din \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar.
