Mul\u0163i profesioni\u015fti tineri, freelanceri sau antreprenori \u015fi-au construit cariere \u015fi re\u0163ele prin aceast\u0103 platform\u0103. E o form\u0103 de democratizare a vizibilit\u0103\u0163ii \u2013 dar una care vine la pachet cu o presiune constant\u0103 de prezen\u0163\u0103, chiar \u015fi de FOMO: <em>Dac\u0103 nu \u00eemi prezint pe LinkedIn activitatea \u00eentr-un mod relevant sunt cu adev\u0103rat bun \u00een ce fac?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\nPentru genera\u0163iile de dinainte, munca era dovada de sine st\u0103t\u0103toare a profesionalismului. Pentru genera\u0163ia mea, a devenit necesar s\u0103 o \u00eempachet\u0103m \u00eentr-o poveste coerent\u0103 de brand personal. Iar genera\u0163iile care vin dup\u0103 noi cresc deja cu aceast\u0103 logic\u0103 \u2013 pentru ele, prezen\u0163a online nu e op\u0163ional\u0103, ci parte din identitatea profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nProblema nu este, evident, platforma, ci cultura care s-a construit \u00een jurul ei. O cultur\u0103 care ne \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fim mereu \u201e\u00een form\u0103\u201d, mereu pozitivi, mereu relevan\u0163i. Cultura muncii nu ar trebui s\u0103 fie un exerci\u0163iu constant de imagine.
